Complete home remodel in 2017

Traditional Kitchen

This country cottage kitchen was in desperate need of an update, however our clients wanted to be sure to keep with the classic style of the house. We achieved a more modern, polished look by removing just about everything in both the kitchen and dining room and completing the following. Maple flooring and hickory cabinets were installed to give the feel of what may have originally been in the home. A hickory wood, hood vent was added to bring in more tradition.

Modern Farmhouse

Our clients were looking to update their kitchen by replacing all of the oak finishes and dark countertops. We installed white bank cabinets and a darker finish for the island. For the countertops, we went with white quartz with some gray veining. The backsplash is traditional subway tile laid out in a herringbone pattern with dark gray grout to add some contrast and tie in the gray veining in the countertops. Transitional

Originally, upon entering this space, it felt cramped and closed off. The layout of the kitchen was not functional and it was dark and dreary. By pushing back some walls and reconfiguring the appliances, we were able to achieve a much more open look. Lighter cabinets, flooring and backsplash also contributed to the open feel of this space. Our clients gained more cabinet space around the refrigerator and were able to add a bistro set in the center of the kitchen to have their morning coffee. In
